Dr Jason D’Costa, MBBS, FRACP
Jason is a Respiratory and Sleep Medicine Specialist. He was born and raised in Adelaide, and graduated MBBS from the University of Adelaide in 2000. He then completed physician training and advanced training in respiratory and sleep medicine at Flinders Medical Centre and the Repatriation General Hospital, awarded a FRACP in 2008.
He subsequently moved to Sydney for 12 months, completing a fellowship in lung transplant medicine and advanced bronchoscopy at St Vincent’s Hospital. After returning to Adelaide, he completed a second fellowship in sleep medicine at the Adelaide Institute for Sleep Health.
Since 2011 he has worked as a staff specialist within the southern Adelaide local health network and a clinical lecturer with Flinders University. He has also worked with Ashford Thoracics for the last 6 years, and is relocating his private practice to SA Respiratory and Sleep Specialists (within the SA Medical Specialists group). He remains active at Flinders Private Hospital.
